Welcome to The Craft Machine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products and digital assets. By using The Craft Machine you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment provider. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. License to use designs

Subject to your plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our designs. Free designs are for personal use; premium plans include a commercial license to sell physical products you create using the designs.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute or share the design files themselves.
• Use designs in logos, trademarks or as standalone digital products.
• Use the service in any unlawful or infringing way.

5. Intellectual property

All designs and content remain the property of The Craft Machine or its contributors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any design to you.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
